About the Camp

  • This camp is for adult runners of all levels — from beginners exploring trails for the first time to experienced trail runners seeking community and skill development.

  • Absolutely not. You don’t need to be competitive or fast — just willing to run, learn, and enjoy the trail experience.

  • All campers must be at least 21 years old. This is an adult-only camp, and alcohol is served during designated evening hours. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

  • Check-in takes place Thursday afternoon, and camp concludes Sunday early afternoon. Exact times are provided in your confirmation email.

Registration & Cost

  • The cost of camp is:

    • $999 for a shared cabin

    • $1,149 for a private room

  • Your fee includes:

    • 3 nights lodging

    • All meals and snacks

    • Guided trail runs and pace groups

    • Skill clinics and athlete talks

    • Recovery sessions (yoga, mobility, stretching)

    • Evening social events

    • Camp swag

    • Open bar during designated hours

  • Yes. Groups of four or more receive a discount and room placement together. Contact us for details.

  • Yes. Registrations may be transferred to another participant or to a future camp. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Accommodations

  • Campers stay in shared cabins or private rooms. Limited private rooms are available for an additional fee.

  • Yes. During registration, you may list preferred roommates, and we will place you together when possible.

  • Most cabins are not climate-controlled. Evenings are typically comfortable, and extra blankets are available if needed.

  • Yes. All rooms include toilets, showers, and sinks.

  • You may bring your own bedding, pillow, and towels. Linens may also be rented during registration for a small fee.

Packing & Gear

  • Pack for four days in changing outdoor conditions. Essentials include:

    • Trail running shoes

    • Hydration vest or day pack

    • Running layers

    • Training clothes and socks

    • Toiletries and medications

    • Bug spray and sunscreen

    • Optional: foam roller, yoga mat

    • Outside alcohol

    • Illegal drugs or weapons

    • Pets (service animals must be approved in advance)

  • No. Bringing outside food is discouraged due to wildlife concerns.

Food & Dietary Needs

  • Yes. All meals and snacks are included.

  • Most dietary needs can be accommodated if noted during registration.

  • Yes. Please bring any personal allergy medications or EpiPens if needed.

Alcohol & Social Time

  • Yes. An open bar is available during designated evening hours, and mimosas are served at breakfast.

  • No. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Technology & Connectivity

  • Yes, but we strongly encourage unplugging to fully enjoy the camp experience.

  • Yes, there is generally cell service on site.

  • Yes. A professional photographer will also document the weekend and share photos afterward.

Trail Runs & Programming

  • Runs typically range from 3 to 10 miles per day, depending on pace group and terrain. Optional longer runs may be offered.

  • Groups are based on conversational pace and experience to ensure safety and enjoyment.

  • No. All runs and activities are optional.

Transportation

  • Yes. Participants may drive to camp.

  • No. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from camp.

  • The closest airports to camp are:

    • Bradley International Airport (BDL) – approximately 50–60 minutes away

    • Albany International Airport (ALB) – approximately 1 hour away

    • Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) – approximately 2 hours away

    Driving times may vary based on traffic.

  • No. Airport transportation is not provided.

Health & Safety

  • Yes. We will have a certified athletic trainer on staff to treat minor injuries and provide basic medical support. Emergency protocols are in place, and local medical facilities are within reasonable driving distance.

  • Emergency contact information is collected during registration and will be used if needed.

Community & Camp Life

  • Absolutely. Campers quickly connect through shared runs, meals, and activities. Many participants attend solo and leave with lasting friendships.

  • Yes. Please notify staff in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Limited opportunities may be available. Please contact us directly to inquire.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are based on timing:

    • Within 72 hours of registration → Full refund

    • 61+ days before camp → 75% refund

    • 31–60 days before camp → 50% refund

    • Within 30 days → No refund

    All cancellations must be submitted by email.
